¨   Our warranty turn around time is the fastest we have ever seen.  As we hold components in stock, the average turn around on a warranty repair is 4 hours.  In fact we are so well qualified and reliable that other brand name resellers contract us to do their important warranty work as well.

¨   Stocks of hardware such as motherboards, chips, RAM, hard disk drives, cases etc are held by us.  In fact we are the only retailer locally to hold such stocks and we also sell hardware and software to other local suppliers.

¨   Well-trained staff are employed at CST2000.  We invest heavily in training and have trained people in the following areas:

¨   In the hardware area we have registered electricians and appliance technicians.  Intel also trains these technical people in hardware assembly (GID = Genuine Intel Dealer) we are also trained by Epson, OKI, QMS, HP / Compaq for servicing work on their products.

¨   In the software area we have Microsoft qualified personnel for OEM (Original Equipment manufacturers) operating system installations, including Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP Home & Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Server and Server 2003 R2.

¨   We have staff with extensive training in networking in today’s connected world.  This includes training by Intel in networking, network design and Microsoft training in network implementation and migration.

¨   Other local organisations utilise our staff to tutor and train their people.
